Parenting PAL

Empowering parents with practical support and training
for a confident start of parenthood!

the problem

Despite the availability of various forms of pre-natal support for expecting parents until delivery, there is a lack of comprehensive post-natal support and
training for new parents.

This lack of support can leave new parents feeling overwhelmed and underprepared to care for their newborn, leading to a range of issues such as
postpartum depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.

Without hands-on training and guidance, new parents may struggle with tasks such as breastfeeding, bathing, and soothing their newborn, which can lead
to frustration and a sense of helplessness.

Therefore, there is a critical need for accessible and comprehensive post-natal support and training that empowers new parents with the knowledge and
skills needed to navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and ease.
